Germany x Reader Ch 4. The End!You don't know why you did this, but every time you were really upset you went to the beach. Something about the sand between your toes and the constant lapping of the waves on the shore just made it easier for you to think. You had been here for hours now, just watching the scenery in peace and quiet.Germany x Reader Ch 4. The End! by ~Sassy261992
"My my, you sure guard your 'eart viciously, cherie."
You whipped your head around to see Francis. You put your head on your knees miserably. He always knew that he could find you here when you were upset. You'd been friends since you were children, and ever since he first found you here when you were 5, he knew this was your quiet thinking spot.
"I have to, Francis."You practically sobbed, taking a couple deep breaths to try and calm yourself.
"Mmm I don't think guarding it so 'arshly is necessary. You sure left Meester Germany quite beside 'imself, and now 'e's positively miserable trying to find you."
"If you're such an advocate to his side why didn't you tell him my secret?" You aske
Germany x Reader Ch 3. Still Have No TitleThere was a loud banging on your door first thing in the morning. You swore in French before getting up, putting on your house coat, and going to answer the door.Germany x Reader Ch 3. Still Have No Title by ~Sassy261992
You flung it open. "What in the name of--"
Francis practically ran you over in his rush to get inside your house. "CHERIE." He said loudly, grabbing your shoulders and practically shaking you. "We're on our meeting break right now, and I must say I was looking at a very 'appy Germany this morning! 'E was actually humming. Humming!"
You nodded slowly, and raised one eyebrow. "So....?"
"So!" He shook you slightly, shaking his head as if it were obvious. "What happened!?"
"Ugh," you said, ignoring his question. "It's Saturday, Francis, and an early hour at that. How early do you start these meetings if you're on break already?"
"Cherie!" Francis whined. "Don't tease me. I am dying of curiosity over 'ere." His grin turned devilish, and suddenly you wanted to curl up and die. "Did he kiss you?"
You stared at him blankly, which he

You glanced down quickly at your dress, sighing when you realized it was probably ruined. Francis was going to kill you. You ran a hand through your hair roughly to get it off your face before walking up the path to your small doorstep. You lifted the potted plant you kept on the step and saw that your spare key was missing. You sighed loudly, and crouched to your knees and crawled over to lean against the door, stretching your legs out in front of you. You leaned your head back against the door, willing the water behind your eyes to go away. You only got to enjoy a few minutes of peace before the door suddenly opened behind you, causing you to nearly fall over backwards into your foyer.Germany x Reader Ch 2. "Cherie? What are you doing outside and mon dieu you are soaking wet!" His voice was soft with concern but the shock was clear on his face.
You looked up at h
Germany x Reader Ch 1. Best Title Ever, I Know. It was just another day for you as you were walking home from work one Friday evening in Paris, France. You passed by an embassy, a large building whose windows gleamed in the remaining sunlight as dusk was settling in. You squinted, the gleam from the glass temporarily blinding you. You were spared your retinas burning by the door on the bottom of the building flinging open, giving you something else to focus on. Several people filed out immediately and with great haste, while others left more casually and at a slower pace.Germany x Reader Ch 1. Best Title Ever, I Know. by ~Sassy261992
Hmm... Some meeting must be getting out. You thought to yourself, turning your eyes back to the road and starting to walk again. You had barely gotten three or four steps further on your way before someone violently collided with you, knocking you right to the ground.
The other person was on their feet immediately, talking quickly and angrily in a language you didn't understand. You assumed it was swearing. You raised your hand to try to get his attention an

Blood seeped from his mouth, over his cracked lips, down his neck where bullet holes smiled up at you. His uniform was stained; his face was wracked with pain; his Iron Cross he barely clung to, fingers caressing the outline of the medal. When he coughed, scarlet bubbled back to his lips, repeating the routine of slipping over his mouth to paint his skin once more.
Prussia was dying.
You were the only one there, hand wrapped in his; the temperature in his fingers dropped every so often, alarming you nearly every minute – he’d muster a smile every time, managing to hiss out, “I’ll be fine, (Y/N)…”
So you held to him. Clung dearly to his fingers as lullabies passed from your lips to his ears.
You knew it was close when his hair began to lose its gleaming luster. His hands were drawing limp, his eyes staggering to stay open.
He begged for you not to leave.
Your mouth cracked open.
“I’ll never let you go.”
Tears ran like rivulets d
